ARHOCH
EVERYDAY TRANSPARENCY

Website privacy

This page explains how the ARHOCH marketing website works. TV, SGA, Todo and our other services have their own documents and environments.

You decide when to share your project

The “Plan my solution” fields are prepared in your browser. Filling in and reviewing the summary does not send your data. You can also copy the text or download a file to keep a copy.

When you choose “Send to ARHOCH”, you send your email and the form content — name, company, product of interest and message, as provided — to Formspree, the service used to receive inquiries. The page language is included. Formspree processes and may store and forward the message according to ARHOCH’s account settings. This data is used to respond to your inquiry and is not sent to OpenObserve.

You can also open your email app or WhatsApp with the summary filled in. These apps receive the content you choose to share and have their own terms. You review and confirm sending it there. Opening an app does not confirm message delivery.

Optional measurement, your choice

When measurement is enabled and you allow it, the website sends events such as page views, product selections, demo interactions and clicks on contact links. It may also send performance measurements and categories of technical errors to the OpenObserve instance used by ARHOCH.

These events do not include your name, email, form text, screen content, session recordings, visitor identifiers, IP address, browsing history or URL parameters. The current configuration does not use analytics cookies.

Your preference in this browser

You have not set a preference yet. No optional events are sent.

Measurement is disabled for this installation.

Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage under the key arhoch-site-metrics. You can change it here or in the footer preferences, or clear website data in your browser. Declining does not affect your use of the website.

Infrastructure operation and protection

When you access any website, your browser transmits information needed for the connection, such as your IP address and request details. Cloudflare hosting processes this information to deliver pages and protect the service. Our API’s rate limiting may temporarily use your IP address within the infrastructure, without including it in events sent to OpenObserve.

When you submit the form, your browser connects to Formspree over HTTPS. The service receives the submitted content and metadata needed for the connection and protection, such as your IP address and browser information, under its own privacy terms. Your optional measurement preference does not control this contact submission.

Optional measurement is separate from these technical operations. This project’s default configuration does not enable automatic invocation logs or session recordings.

Documents and contact

Product documents are available in the ARHOCH document center (opens in a new tab). Check the version and status shown on each document.

Contact channels will appear on the website when configured. Meanwhile, you can prepare and save your project summary without sharing your data.
